Shipping Policy

Processing Details

Orders are processed as they come in, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Processing of your order could take 24-48 hours after receiving it, excluding weekends and holidays, so please add 1 business day to any of the options below for a more accurate delivery timeframe.
*Wheel Covers and Steel Wheels may take up to 3 business days to leave our shipping facility.

UPS Shipping Options

UPS Ground - Delivery typically in 1 to 5 business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Free for the 48 contiguous states.

All products are shipped via UPS. UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO or PO boxes. An actual street address must be provided for shipping. UPS Ground shipping is free within the 48 contiguous states only. A shipping charge will be incurred if shipping outside the contiguous states.

If shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, you will need to contact our Customer Service department here to obtain a shipping quote. We will reply to obtain your credit card information to charge for the additional shipping.

If you need shipping outside the 48 contiguous states (except Alaska and Hawaii), we suggest you contact a company such as for competitive international shipping rates. Companies like these allow you to set up an account, giving you a US shipping address. Your item will be shipped to this US address, then forwarded on to you. Keep in mind, we are only responsible in these circumstances for shipping your product to the US address. We have no contact with these third party forwarding companies.

Wheels are shipped 1 per box.
Wheel Covers are shipped 1-4 per box, as needed.
TPMS Sensors are packaged 1-4 per padded envelope.

Shipping Damage

If there has been obvious shipping damage to your purchase, you should refuse the shipment. If you have accepted the package or it has been left at the door, do not throw away the packaging as it is the only way to claim there has been shipping damage. Please contact UPS claims immediately at (800)742-5877. The carrier will then return to inspect the packaging and return the product to us.

Please then contact here to get a Return Authorization Number assigned to your return, and so that we can track your item. A replacement will be shipped, if available. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued after receiving your damaged product back. You can read more about our Returns and Refunds Policy here.

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers worldwide!

Bongo International provides our customers with a U.S. shipping address. Once you have a U.S. address, you will be able to make purchases with us and other U.S. based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system. You can then view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

International customers can save up to 82 percent on typical international shipping rates by following these four easy steps:

Register with Bongo and receive a U.S. shipping address.
Enter the Bongo address as your shipping address.
Once the order arrives at Bongo, log into your account to forward to your country.
