Returns, Exchanges, Warranty Service Procedures

Contact Customer Service Department here. In the Subject Line, please put the Order Number of your item. In the Message box, indicate that you have a return, include the order number, explain the reason for the return, exchange or warranty claim. We do not process eBay returns through this website. You will have to process those on the actual website.

  1. If your item is deemed as an exchangeable/returnable item, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA #). will only accept returns bearing a Return Authorization Number. If an item is shipped back without an RA # you will not receive credit.
  2. Write the RA # on the package and carefully repackage the product in its original shipping material.
  3. All returns must be shipped to an approved location via UPS freight prepaid. If the item shipped incorrectly by, we will supply a UPS Return Label for your convenience. It will be emailed to you, and may land in your “Junk” folder, so please check this folder as well.
  4. Warranty service requires verification of ownership and date of purchase, which appears on your original invoice. If acceptable proof of purchase is not available the return is VOID and you will not receive a refund or credit.

Note: reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returned item. Wheels returned in a damaged condition, including but not limited to evidence of tire mounting, will incur a higher restocking fee due to work that will have to be done to repair the item back to like-new condition.

Refund or Restocking Fees

  1. will accept returns within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  2. Defective product returned within the 30 days falls under the Limited Warranty and will be replaced at no additional cost.
  3. A 20% Handling and Restocking Fee will be assessed on any cancelled sale and the return of a non-damaged product within 30 days.
  4. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
  5. Items that have been installed are not returnable.
  6. If shipped your product incorrectly, you must contact us here for a Return Authorization Number and we will email a return label to you. A replacement item will be sent out to you, if available. Otherwise a full refund will be done once the product has been returned.
